Experience Ekology
Preserving Patagonia
At Eko Patagonia, preserving the pristine beauty of our home is at the heart of everything we do. We’ve repurposed shipping containers into cozy cabins and actively support the circular economy to reduce waste and minimize our environmental footprint. Our commitment to sustainability ensures that every experience contributes to the long-term health of this extraordinary region.

Conservation
Our cabins are thoughtfully designed to minimize environmental impact. We collect and filter rainwater to reduce reliance on the well. All grey water from the lodge is treated for safe reuse in irrigation. We harness solar and wind energy when possible, with a commitment to fully offset our energy consumption in the future.

Community
We hire and source locally, ensuring a truly authentic experience with farm-to-table ingredients, showcasing local talent, and purchasing consumables that support the region. This commitment touches every aspect of your stay, from the artisanal soaps in our lodges to the cozy wool blankets that keep you warm.

Clean Air
One hard decision to stand behind in our conservation efforts, was to not use wood to heat the cabins, though the look and cozy feeling of the traditional Patagonian wood stoves would provide for a local experience, they are also the #1 pollution agent in the region. So we are using more modern ways to keep you comfortable while you visit.
“Patagonia is a magical place that caters to my love of the outdoors with mountains, lakes, rivers, fish, birds, glaciers, trees, clean air and pure water…. I can already envision myself on the lakeside terrace with a glass of wine at sunset reminiscing on the highlights from the day’s adventures with our Patagonian staff and our guests.”
Our Vision
Eko Patagonia addresses critical environmental and social challenges through a regenerative tourism model that transforms travelers into environmental stewards while strengthening local communities.

Awake
“Awake” shifts from personal discovery to community engagement. Eko Patagonia models sustainability with repurposed lodges and zero-waste practices. Guests connect with local guides, families, and traditions, supporting a circular economy. These experiences turn awareness into action.

Aware
